First time patient. Besides having to go home and come back for the appointment, everything was great. And I still did not have to wait the time that was quoted to me. Check in staff, all medical assistants, ARNP, facility itself were all top notch. Very friendly staff, and no rush when talking with the provider. As long as I am in the area for work and need something medical this will be my first call. Would certainly recommend.

I will come here instead of suffering. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and I had literally no wait time. The doctor was knowledgeable the bedside manor was great and my prescription was called in to the pharmacy before I left the office. I loved using the online booking. It makes it such an easy process.

Starting with Sylvester working hard to set appointments and dealing with my laptop not connecting to my Doctor Sarah for the first time ever I feel heard and respected. From torn tendons to acid reflux I’m given the best care. I’m listened to. This is really a great facility Prescriptions are filled quickly, labs clearly explained it’s amazing

I came in with a severe flu and they took great care of me. They even offered to turn the lights off when I said it was hurting my eyes. Excellent customer service especially since I came 30 mins until they close.

First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside. Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking.Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in.For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great. Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic. I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise. If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right.Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

I had made an appointment got there 20 minutes before my appointment the person in front of me canceled i got their spot perfect. Sat in room from 1:25- 2:15 the dr was talking to the person in the other room about degrees and life choices. I have an Eye infection super easy to write a script and move on. 4 min it was over and i was gone.I traveled a hour to get there. Next time talk on your off time when people are not comfortable.

Appreciated that same day appointments were available. Also, the medical assistant suggested a couple additional tests after I described my child’s symptoms, which ended up being a really good call. She was diagnosed for something different than what I brought her in for and grateful the team suggested to run other tests.
