I came in with a severe flu and they took great care of me. They even offered to turn the lights off when I said it was hurting my eyes. Excellent customer service especially since I came 30 mins until they close.

No available appointment online but the front desk lady was quick to see the wait time and added me to the list. Her estimated wait time was pretty accurate communication via text was excellent when I arrived at the office I was greeted very professional, and the person that took my vitals, very professional, well mannered Extremely friendly. The wait for the doctor seemed a little long, but overall I was in and out in a timely manner very well organized. The overall visit was very very satisfying and I would definitely recommend that provider.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
