No available appointment online but the front desk lady was quick to see the wait time and added me to the list. Her estimated wait time was pretty accurate communication via text was excellent when I arrived at the office I was greeted very professional, and the person that took my vitals, very professional, well mannered Extremely friendly. The wait for the doctor seemed a little long, but overall I was in and out in a timely manner very well organized. The overall visit was very very satisfying and I would definitely recommend that provider.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Scheduling appointments and getting seen here is so easy. The wait time for my visit was so quick and the staff are always so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The staff saw me, addressed my issue and got me back out on the road on record time. I was able to go grab my meds and start my medicine within an hour of my appointment. It was incredible! I no longer hate going to urgent care. They make the experience so pleasant every time I’m in there.

First time patient. Besides having to go home and come back for the appointment, everything was great. And I still did not have to wait the time that was quoted to me. Check in staff, all medical assistants, ARNP, facility itself were all top notch. Very friendly staff, and no rush when talking with the provider. As long as I am in the area for work and need something medical this will be my first call. Would certainly recommend.

I will come here instead of suffering. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and I had literally no wait time. The doctor was knowledgeable the bedside manor was great and my prescription was called in to the pharmacy before I left the office. I loved using the online booking. It makes it such an easy process.
